Marinette avait un si grand coeur / In Memoriam

Marinette adorait les fleurs mais avait avant tout un grand coeur. Là où elle est, des fleurs embelliraient et parfumeraient certes son paradis mais je sais qu'elle préfèrerait bien plus faire parler son coeur une dernière fois. Je vous invite donc à faire un don pour la recherche contre le cancer et celui des enfants en particulier.
Cette initiative la rendra encore plus belle que ce qu'elle ne l'était déjà à nos yeux.

We therefore financially support scientific research, and bring together the drive, inspiration and knowledge of everyone involved. From researchers, doctors and parents to politicians and pharmaceutical companies.

Only a joint effort can ensure that children with cancer are cured and better cured.

Your gift helps fund either a research project selected by KickCancer, in line with strict evaluation criteria, or our advocacy and awareness activities. Every new research project, policy milestone or patient empowerment initiative contributes to what truly matters: better treatments, more innovation and real hope for children, adolescents and young adults (AYA) with cancer.

Through FIGHT KIDS CANCER, a European initiative dedicated to paediatric oncology, we support innovative research projects. In Belgium, we work closely with the Belgian Society for Paediatric Haematology Oncology (BSPHO) to support the participation of Belgian paediatric oncology centres in international academic clinical trials.

Our advocacy and awareness activities are just as important. They aim to ensure that pharmaceutical companies are required or incentivised to invest more in research in paediatric cancer, that governments invest more in research infrastructure, and that other NGOs active in the cancer field play their part in advancing research in paediatric cancer.
