Ter gelegenheid van de opening van onze nieuwe serre 'De Plassen' en ons 10-jarig bestaan van Primato zouden we het fijn vinden als jullie samen met ons KickCancer willen steunen.
Waarom KickCancer? Dat heeft een persoonlijke reden. Onze dochter Félice is een vriendinnetje van Maud, de zus van Georges. Via de school in Putte leerden we Georges kennen. Georges verloor op vijfjarige leeftijd de oneerlijke strijd tegen een hersentumor. Georges was een dappere, warme jongen die hield van mensen, van andere kinderen en van dieren, en die altijd optimistisch bleef.
Met een bijdrage aan KickCancer helpen we mee aan onderzoek naar nieuwe en betere behandelingen, zodat kinderen vandaag én in de toekomst betere kansen krijgen.

Find new treatments, improve existing ones, and kick children’s cancer to send it far, far away forever and may it never come back!
We therefore financially support scientific research, and bring together the drive, inspiration and knowledge of everyone involved. From researchers, doctors and parents to politicians and pharmaceutical companies.
Only a joint effort can ensure that children with cancer are cured and better cured.
Your gift helps fund either a research project selected by KickCancer, in line with strict evaluation criteria, or our advocacy and awareness activities. Every new research project, policy milestone or patient empowerment initiative contributes to what truly matters: better treatments, more innovation and real hope for children, adolescents and young adults (AYA) with cancer.
Through FIGHT KIDS CANCER, a European initiative dedicated to paediatric oncology, we support innovative research projects. In Belgium, we work closely with the Belgian Society for Paediatric Haematology Oncology (BSPHO) to support the participation of Belgian paediatric oncology centres in international academic clinical trials.
Our advocacy and awareness activities are just as important. They aim to ensure that pharmaceutical companies are required or incentivised to invest more in research in paediatric cancer, that governments invest more in research infrastructure, and that other NGOs active in the cancer field play their part in advancing research in paediatric cancer.
