Aries Kicks Cancer!

Coucou! Did you know that September is #ChildhoodCancerAwarenessMonth? 🧐🎗

Being a stubborn Aries, I decided to join efforts and kick #CANCER on September 24 in Brussels at the 5k #RunToKick 2023 because every kid deserves a worriless childhood and a bright future. 💫

👉 With your priceless support, I want to raise at least EUR 200 so that all children with cancer can enjoy access to the most innovative treatment, check-mate cancer and benefit from the quality of life.

👉 The 2023 fundraiser aims to tackle the following diseases through 9 best-in-class research projects in Europe:

1) One clinical trial with a super strong combo to KILL brain tumours.

8 translational research projects (research needed before the start of a clinical trial, to test and validate hypotheses):

2) Looking for the perfect clue to reduce toxicity in Hodgkin Lymphoma.
3) Mini tools but maxi power to help kids with medulloblastoma.
4) Looking for diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma’s weak spots
(DIPG, brain tumour type).
5) Recognising super mean T-ALL (leukaemia sub-type) cells to cure more kids.
6) Understanding high-risk glioma (brain tumour), cell by cell.
7) No more skeletal late effects: a project to improve radiotherapy (all cancer types).
8) Hypnotising brain tumour immune cells to help them fight with us and kill DIPG.
9) Looking for the perfect trick to differentiate kids with Ewing Sarcoma.
