Chers amis,
Après deux années incroyables de Run to Kick, je me relance pour la troisième fois dans un défi sportif pour soutenir Kick Cancer!

Cette année je fais une variante plus courte - un quart de triathlon - avec l'objectif d'être plus rapide - une course en mode speed!

Mais en fait c'est quoi un "quart-de-tri" ?
C'est ce qu'on appelle communément la distance "olympique" du triathlon. Il faut nager 1,5km, rouler 40km à vélo et enfin terminer avec 10km de course à pied. Je relève le défi le 6 septembre à Knokke.
