If you are a runner, don't forget:

At the entrance of the RUN TO KICK village, we will ask you to:

  1. Show your identity card.
  2. Show the QR code that confirms your final registration (you will receive it by email and SMS close to the date of RUN TO KICK).
  3. If you are between a student between 18 and 25 years old and have collected less than 200 euros, you will need to show your student card.
  4. If you have not collected the required minimum, you can easily pay the missing amount at the ‘Regularisation’ stand at the Bois de la Cambre kiosk in the village.

As a reminder, minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the event.

We recommend that you bring a large bag to easily store your belongings at the bags deposit tent.

The best goodie for the best runners

We will reward each runner with an awesome goodie after the race. Make sure to head over to the 'T-shirts & dossards' tent when you leave the village and swap your bib for a special surprise. ✨

You can safely leave your belongings at the bags/ personal belongings deposit tent.

Toilets with disabled access will be available.

Please note that there are no changing rooms or showers on site.

“Kids Corner” and childcare

Are your children coming with you? That's amazing! Please read the information below carefully to avoid any confusion 🤓

If they are joining you in the race:

• If your children are younger than 4, they can accompany you during the race without registering or fundraising.

• If your children are 4 or older, they can take part in the race. They must register and raise 100 euros.`

If you prefer to run without your kids:

You can sign them up for childcare:

During the race (from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.), our childcare team will take care of children aged 3 to 8, so you can enjoy the event to the fullest.

At the end of the race (by 12:30 p.m. at the latest), please note that there will be no further supervision… but you’re more than welcome to continue using the playground equipment and games available in the Kids Corner.

Do you want to register your children for childcare? Registrations open on Monday 14 September 2026.

Kids Corner

Unlike the childcare option, no supervision or registration is required here: your little ones are your responsibility 🐣

From 10:30 a.m. onwards, the Kids Corner is the ultimate playground for children of all ages to burn off extra energy ⚡️! From trampoline jumping to testing their skills with archery 🏹, there’s something for everyone.
